Duties and Taxes
GST is included in the retail price on all Australian orders.
International Orders may occasionally incur additional charges for tax and duties once they arrive at their destination. This cost is in addition to international shipping.
This additional cost is the responsibility of the customer, all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country in which they’ve shipped to. Moufette cannot assume responsibility for late deliveries caused by third party carriers or local customs.

How to track your order
Once we have received your order we will send you an order confirmation email.
Then you will recieve an email letting you know when your order is being prepared.
Once we have shipped your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email in which your tracking details will be detailed.
